Buyback

In order for Gentlemen of Sweden to handle a buyback, the following is required:

As soon as you have registered your return request with our customer service, you will receive an email with all the return information sent to your email.

Return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the day your repurchase is registered with us.

As soon as your return has been received by us, we will notify you and initiate a refund provided that the item meets the requirements for a return.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Pack your return carefully, should the item be damaged when it arrives at our warehouse, the return will not be accepted.

Refunds are usually made via the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

Please note that we charge a fee of 199kr for uncollected parcels to cover costs such as administration, packing, picking, return shipping etc so if you regret your purchase and want to save that cost, collect the parcel and then return to us as described above.

Complaints

We will only replace products that are damaged or otherwise faulty and not caused by improper use/handling of the product. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately. If we cannot replace the product with a new one, we will refund the product.

When you want to make a complaint about a shipment, it is important that you have kept the original packaging and the packaging of the product. The packaging should be photographed and sent to us on request.

Please note that we do not have a “customer satisfaction guarantee”, which means that we do not accept returns/complaints for products that you have tried but feel do not meet your expectations. In case of allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try your new product on a small area (for example, the wrist) and wait 24 hours to notice any reaction.

Gentlemen of Sweden always has the right to return the product you want to complain about, if so, you will receive a return slip from us. If the complaint is approved, we always reimburse the return shipping.

Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive a damaged or opened carton on delivery. Take a photo of the damaged packaging and/or product and send it to our customer service with the details of your complaint. Please note that the damaged packaging or product must be kept until the complaint is resolved.
