At Gentlemen of Sweden, our guiding principle is to treat our customers, suppliers and partners as gentlemen. This means that if you have any questions, problems or suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a common way forward. Below you will find all the boring information that we are legally bound to include, we have divided it into a brief part and one with more detailed information for your convenience.
First of all, the text below applies only to consumer purchases and not to purchases made by a business. If you have purchased as a business, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Printing errors
Should printing errors appear on the page and something is not quite right, we will do our best to correct the error, should we have set the wrong price on a product, we can refuse the purchase if it is too obviously too low, while we will of course make a refund if we notice that it would be too high.

All prices are inc.
VAT and if shipping is added you will see it at checkout.
Confirmation
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail, which or a copy of the invoice will serve as a receipt.
If you have not received an email within an hour, please contact our customer service.

We do not sell to minors (below 18) without parental consent.

The following terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer order from Gentlemen of Sweden AB via https://gentlemenofsweden.se
By completing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions published at the time of the order as set out below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.
As soon as your order is completed, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is that an incorrect e-mail address has been entered or that the order confirmation has ended up in spam. If you cannot find your order confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Reservations
We reserve the right for any printing errors and final sales of products. Examples of printing errors include product descriptions, product technical specifications, lists of contents, instructions for use, incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Gentlemen of Sweden has the right to adjust any inaccuracies and change information without separate notification. Gentlemen of Sweden has no obligation to deliver goods with incorrect pricing.
All images are to be understood primarily as illustrations and thus cannot be guaranteed to accurately reflect the exact appearance of the goods. This also includes the shades of products, the actual shade may vary depending on lighting, skin tone etc.

Prices
All prices on gentlemenofsweden.se are shown including 25% VAT if you are not logged in as a business customer. No additional costs beyond possible shipping will be added. After ordering, an e-mail is sent to the buyer with detailed information about the purchase. Your order confirmation/invoice serves as a receipt
Discounts
Discount codes are only valid on goods not already discounted.
Sales to minors
Purchases from persons under 18 years of age are not accepted without parental consent.
Shipping and delivery
Gentlemen of Sweden can currently only deliver within Sweden.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase, we apply a flat shipping fee of 59kr if you order for less than 500kr and free shipping if you order for more. We offer delivery with Bring, Schenker and Postnord.
Delivery time is within 2-5 working days. During summer and Christmas holidays, as well as events such as Black Friday, the delivery time may be affected. If we notice that an order is delayed, we will of course contact you immediately.
Uncollected parcels
We reserve the right to charge a fee of 199 SEK for uncollected packages to cover the costs of the administration of the return package such as packing, picking, return shipping, etc.

Competitions and Giveaways
Competitions and giveaways are only open to persons over 18 years of age residing in Sweden. Employees or persons closely related to Gentlemen of Sweden AB are not allowed to participate. Any tax on winnings will be paid by the winner. The opportunity to win is not increased by the purchase of products.

Force majeure
Events such as war, natural disaster, labor disputes, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances and comparable events beyond our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that we are released from their obligations to fulfill the agreements entered into.

Dispute
We always strive to make you feel satisfied with your purchase from us, so if you have any complaints or claims, please contact customer service first and if we cannot find a common solution, we always follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN). The National Board for Consumer Disputes can be reached either via the website www.arn.se or via the address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
