We do not have a “Satisfied Customer” guarantee, but should it be the case that you have purchased a product from us that is defective, we would of course like you to contact us so that we can investigate what is wrong.

On our product pages you will find a video where our grand master barber and product developer describes how he intends the products to be used.
Under Gentlemen of Sweden’s products you will find information about what they contain, should you be unsure, we recommend that you try to apply some of the product on, for example, the forearm
Gentlemen of Sweden products Firm Hold Paste, Smooth Grooming Tonic and Hair & Beard Shampoo contain a natural UV protection provided by Helianthus Annuus Seed Extract which is the technical word for sunflower seed extract. The extract both protects and repairs UV damage.
Gentlemen of Sweden’s vegan products do not contain any animal ingredients or by-products from the animal kingdom.
They have also not been tested on animals.
The product is made without using substances that come from our animals, such as
milk, honey, eggs, lanolin, beeswax or other ingredients of animal origin.
Natural means that a product contains few or no synthetic ingredients.
Gentlemen of Sweden tries to use as few non-natural ingredients as possible and on all products you can see how much of the content is natural.
The fact that an ingredient is synthetic does not mean that it is necessarily bad, harmful or dangerous, it just means that it is not directly derived from nature.

Our products have a shelf life of at least 12 months after opening, provided that the packaging is not left open.
As beeswax is not vegan, a vegan alternative has been developed that provides a similar effect to beeswax.
In Gentlemen of Sweden’s products, the vegan alternative consists of the following 4 ingredients:
– Cera Microcristallina
– Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
– Stearyl Stearate
– Stearic Acid

We are of course a little biased when it comes to that particular question.
But on the whole, hair, beard and skin care products are quite individual and of course not everything suits everyone so the best thing is to try some of our products and decide for yourself.
But to give a little background to our products developed by a grand master barber who has over 40 years of experience as a hairdresser and barber.
All products have also been tested on several salons and lots of customers during the development phase before we ourselves were satisfied so it is quite likely that you also like the result.

We occasionally send out offers to those who subscribe to our newsletter. However, we never have “sales” or other discounts on our site. We reserve that for our retailers who you can find here >> Map

Unfortunately, we cannot take any orders by phone as our agreement with our payment partner does not allow manual orders.

If you accidentally placed a wrong order and we have not already shipped your order, please contact our customer service immediately and we will do our best to stop the order.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot change recipients after an order has been placed.
However, we can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped so that the order can be reissued to the correct recipient.

Your invoice will be sent by email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address you specify when placing the order within a few minutes of placing the order.
If you have not received an email within an hour, please check your spam folder and then contact our customer service for assistance.
As a rule, we ship the same day or the day after the order, so when everything works properly, your package will arrive in 1-3 days.
Should there be anything that delays your order from our side, we will of course contact you immediately.
Our payment partner offers several different payment options, including invoice, card and bank transfer.

At present, we only deliver within Sweden.
As gentlemen we have a great focus on the environmental impact we have in our long and short term work.
