Printing errors and price adjustments
Should an error slip onto the site, we will correct it as soon as possible. If a price is obviously incorrect, we will contact you before handling the order. If necessary, the order may be denied – naturally with a full refund if payment has already been made.
Price
All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Any shipping costs will be added and are always shown at checkout.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. This document, or your invoice, shall serve as your receipt. Should you not receive this within one hour, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue immediately.
Authorized Reseller
We only sell to companies that have been authorized as resellers following an application process.
Returns and complaints
There is no right of withdrawal or return policy for B2B sales.

The terms and conditions apply when you place an order as a company via our website or through your contact person. By completing an order, you accept the current terms and conditions and confirm that your information is accurate.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam folder or contact us, and we’ll help you right away.
Disclaimers & Potential Errors
We reserve the right to address potential stock shortages and any typographical errors in product descriptions, pricing, or technical specifications. Should any information be incorrect, we will contact you with the correct details – you may then choose to proceed or cancel your order without any cost.
Product images and color tones on the website are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly in reality depending on lighting, skin tone, or screen settings.
Prices
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT for logged-in corporate clients. Promotional codes do not apply to contract customers. Following your order, an order confirmation/invoice will be sent via email.
Placing an order
Unless otherwise agreed, orders should be placed via your dedicated portal on our website.
Payment
We partner with Nets and Fortnox for billing and payments. Standard terms: Net 20 days (unless stated otherwise on the invoice or in the agreement). The invoice is sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is made using the selected shipping solution to the address specified with the order. We currently deliver within Sweden and Denmark. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak season – we will contact you if any delay occurs.
Non-received packages will incur a 399 SEK charge to cover freight and administrative costs.
Returns & Claims
No right of withdrawal or return policy applies to B2B sales. In the event of a fault, damage, or incorrect delivery, the right to claim (right of complaint) applies according to law. For prompt processing, please submit your claim within 7 days of receiving the order. Instructions can be found here.
