Terms and conditions for contract customers

At Gentlemen of Sweden, our guiding principle is to treat our customers, suppliers and partners as gentlemen. This means that if you have any questions, problems or suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a common way forward. Below you will find all the boring information that we are legally bound to include, we have divided it into a brief part and one with more detailed information for your convenience.

Printing errors
Should printing errors appear on the page and something is not quite right, we will do our best to correct the error, should we have set the wrong price on a product, we can refuse purchases and orders if it is too obviously too low, while we will of course make a refund if we notice that it would be too high.

Price
All prices are ex. VAT and if shipping is added you will see it at checkout.

Confirmation
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail, which or a copy of the invoice will serve as a receipt. If you have not received an email within an hour, please contact our customer service.

Approved reseller
We only sell to companies that have applied and been approved as resellers by us.

Repurchases and complaints

General

Gentlemen of Sweden AB, hereinafter referred to as Gentlemen of Sweden, with organization number 556911-3219, owns gentlemenofsweden.se. Contact details and other relevant company information can be found here.

The following terms of purchase apply when you as a company order from Gentlemen of Sweden via https://gentlemenofsweden.se or your personal contact.

By completing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions published at the time of the order as set out below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.

As soon as your order is registered, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided during registration. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service or your contact person immediately. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is that an incorrect email address has been entered or that the order confirmation has ended up in spam. If you cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us.

Reservations

We reserve the right for any printing errors and final sales of products. Examples of printing errors may be product descriptions, product technical specifications, lists of contents, instructions for use, incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Gentlemen of Sweden AB has the right to adjust any inaccuracies and change information without separate notification. Gentlemen of Sweden has no obligation to deliver goods with incorrect pricing.

All images are to be understood primarily as illustrations and thus cannot be guaranteed to accurately reflect the exact appearance of the goods. This also includes the shades of products, the actual shade may vary depending on lighting, skin tone etc.

Gentlemen of Sweden is not responsible for information that comes from a third party.

Prices

All prices on gentlemenofsweden.se are shown excluding VAT in logged-in mode as a business customer. No additional costs beyond possible shipping will be added. After ordering, an e-mail will be sent to the registered address with detailed information about the purchase. Your order confirmation/invoice is valid as a receipt. Discount codes are not valid for contract customers.

Ordering
Orders are placed via the personal portal on our website.

Payment
Invoicing and payment is done via our partner Nets. Payment method (invoice, card, installment, direct payment) is selected when ordering unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery
Delivery is made with the selected shipping solution in connection with the order.

Shipping and delivery

Gentlemen of Sweden can currently only deliver within Sweden.

All deliveries are made via delivery to the address specified in the order.

Delivery time is within 2-5 working days. During summer and Christmas holidays, as well as events such as Black Friday, the delivery time may be affected. If we notice that an order is delayed, we will of course contact you immediately.

Parcels not received

We reserve the right to charge a fee of 399 SEK for unclaimed packages to cover the costs of administration and costs from third parties such as shipping companies and 3PLs.

Cookies

gentlemenofsweden.se uses cookies, which are small text files that can be used by websites to make a user’s experience more efficient.

We use device identifiers to customize website content and ads for our visitors, provide social media features and analyze our traffic. Identifiers are also passed on with information from your device to the social media, advertising and analytics companies we work with.

Force majeure

Events such as war, natural disaster, labor disputes, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances and comparable events beyond our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that we are released from their obligations to fulfill the agreements entered into.
