Printing errors and price adjustments

Should an error creep into the text or price information, we will correct it as soon as possible. In case of obviously incorrect prices, we reserve the right to refuse the order. Of course, we will refund you if you have already paid.

Price

All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT. Any shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order confirmation

Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. It serves as a receipt. If you haven’t received an email within an hour – check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

Underaged

We do not sell to people under the age of 18 without parental consent.

Returns and complaints

Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your package, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of SEK 199 for return handling.

General

These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer order from Gentlemen of Sweden AB via gentlemenofsweden.se.
By completing your purchase, you accept the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase and certify that the information you provide is correct.

Reservations

We reserve the right for any typographical errors, technical errors, final sales and variations in product images. Colors and shades may differ slightly from reality depending on light, screen or skin tone. Gentlemen of Sweden is not responsible for information provided by third parties.

Prices and discounts

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. No additional charge will be made beyond any shipping. Discount codes are only valid on regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Sweden in cooperation with Bring.
The shipping cost is SEK 49 for purchases under SEK 299. For purchases over SEK 299, we offer free shipping.
Orders placed before noon. 12.00 are normally sent the same day or the next working day at the latest. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days depending on the location.
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Uncollected parcels

Uncollected items will be charged SEK 199 to cover return shipping and administration costs.

Complaints and right of withdrawal

If something does not meet your expectations – contact us. We always follow current consumer legislation and the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines.

Competitions and giveaways

Competitions and giveaways are open to persons over 18 years of age residing in Sweden. Employees of Gentlemen of Sweden AB and their relatives are not allowed to participate. Any tax on winnings will be paid by the winner. Purchases do not affect your chances of winning.

Force majeure

In the event of events beyond our control – such as natural disasters, government decisions, strikes or similar – we cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver.

If we cannot reach an agreement, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
